Venue
The 8th Gaia DPAC Plenary Meeting will be held in Cambridge, from Monday 31st March to Friday 4th April 2025, and it is open only to DPAC members.
The meeting will take place at the Institute of Astronomy (IoA), the Ray Dolby Centre and the West Hub, just a few minutes walk from the Institute.
The Monday and Friday plenary sessions will take place in the Hoyle Lecture Theatre at the IoA,

Registration
The early registration fee is £260 if you register until 15 January 2025 (included).
The normal registration fee is £290 if you register after 15 January 2025.
Remote attendance is free.
To register please fill this form, even if you are attending remotely.
Note also that on the esales page, where you will have to pay, it is possible to add up to 10 persons, in case you want to do a group registration for your institute.

Activities:
There is going to be a social event at the Fitzwilliam Museum on Tuesday 1st April. This is included in the conference fee.
