Software user manual

This manual describes the as-yet-unnamed software system for the infrared instruments.

The software consists of a Tcl command line interface and scripting language with Tk graphical user interface, it contains commands to control the array readout, filter wheel, temperature sensors, autoguider and other camera components. The system also handles initial on-line data reduction and interfaces to the telescope control system.
