During our conference in July, we expect Cambridge to be quite busy with Summer students and various conference participants visiting and the peak of the tourist season.
As a result, we strongly advise you to book your accommodation when you have a confirmed spot at the conference. Also, please leave enough time to finalise your visa and travel requirements.

Churchill College (Limited Availability)
Churchill College is close to the Institute of Astronomy and the city centre. The special rate for IoA50 Conference participants is £70+VAT for a single room with shared facilities including breakfast.

Møller Institute (Limited availability)
Møller Institute provides four-star equivalent Cambridge accommodation at a highly competitive price and is located within easy strolling distance of the city centre and River Cam. The room prices are as follows; £130 per room per night based on single occupancy (£108.33 + VAT) with a £20 plus VAT supplement for any double occupancy rooms, this is fully inclusive of breakfast, Wi-Fi and Parking.

Turing Locke (Limited availability)
At Turing Locke in Eddington (15 min walk from the Institute of Astronomy, in the opposite direction of the town centre), you could book a room for £145 (Locke Studio) and £155 (one bed) inc.VAT per room per night. Breakfast is not included.
