The second
<a href=http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/cfa/ps/icq/IWCA2.html> International
Workshop on Cometary Astronomy </a> was held in Cambridge at 
<a href=http://www.newhall.cam.ac.uk>New Hall </a> over the weekend
following the total eclipse on 1999 August 11.  We were able to
use the historic refractors at the <a href=http://www.ast.cam.ac.uk>
Institute of Astronomy </a> during the meeting and viewed comets 10P/Tempel 2
and Lynn.  Here are:
