Practice Presentation Sessions -

Effective communication is one of the most important skills that a scientist must cultivate, and being able to clearly present ideas and results can lead to improved collaborations, more effective teaching, success in telescope/grant/employment applications, or a smooth transition to industry.  Students and postdocs will have the opportunity to present a short talk and receive constructive and specific feedback for improvement.

All Second Year Students will be expected to give a talk as part of the Wednesday Seminar Series, these practice sessions are a great opportunity to give a talk and receive constructive feedback.
