Work Life Balance in Science: some e-books

Its important for people in all fields of work to maintain a healthy work-life balance.  The environment for workers in scientific research has its own particular challenges.  Whilst we have not found anything specific to astronomy, a number of books do address the issues in academia and the sciences in general.  All these e-books should be available to university staff and students.
