• To access this you will need to log in to the Intranet (unless you are already logged in or Raven authenticated) using your UIS/Raven username and password.
• If you do not have your UIS/Raven login details the IoA helpdesk team can issue a password reset token.
• It is strongly recommended to activate the UIS self-service password recovery mechanism so that you can reset your Raven password yourself in the future.
