The display already contains a letter from Moscow dated 1964, a preprint by Fred Hoyle and co-authors from 1965 and a report from the British Royal Aircraft Establishment about visual tracking of space craft.
A cabinet in the library will display items found in our pamphlet collection over the week 18-21 April. Rather in the style of finds from an archaeological investigation, we expect to have some surprises from a 10,000 item collection spanning the period 1780-1980. In 2009 we found a note from Charles Darwin in this (largely) uncatalogued collection.
