The conference will be held at the Institute of Astronomy and the adjoining Kavli Institute for Cosmology Cambridge.
Internet access during the conference will be most easily achieved using eduroam:
https://www.eduroam.org/
Like many research and academic institutions worldwide, the IoA uses eduroam and we encourage participants to setup an account with their home institution if they do not have one already.
For those unable to use eduroam, we will issue wifi accounts at the registration desk.
Information on how to reach the city and the department may be found here.
The IoA is a 15-20 minute taxi journey from the railway station, and costs around £8-9 with Panther Taxis Ltd (01223 715715).
By far the easiest way to travel around Cambridge is by bicycle. There are numerous cycle rentals in the city, including Station Cycles with stores at various locations, and City Cycle Hire just to the west of the city centre. Prices are around £10 per day or £25 per week, plus a deposit of £40-60.
Here is a map of the city displaying the location of the Institute and of social events as well as an assortment of restaurant options.
The meeting will be held in multiple locations at the IoA and KICC.
