Fields selection

• fields need re-calibration of photometry due to bad colours (65) [html] [ascii]
  The last column gives the suggested band to be re-observed.
  See details for the selection criteria.
  The plan is to calibrate one band and use colour-colour diagrams to calibrate the rest of the bands. In general the r'-band is to be observed, because it is the mid-band of the g', r', i' set, for which the fitting of colour shifts (g-r v r-i) is the most relaible.
