The Voigt profile fitting program, VPFIT, documentation contains instructions on how to download the code, and set it up. For version 9.5 is in vpfit9.5.pdf, which is also contained in the gzipped tarfile with the source code. Version 10 is still evolving (slowly), with a few enhancements and minor bugs corrected. A gzipped tarfile for version 10.0 is here. VPFIT10 documentation and that for RDGEN10 is also in the public ftp area.

Since the html version of the documentation is now so dated, and largely forgotten about, that it has now been removed. If you desperately want it, much of it can be accessed here.
