[Autocad] Viewing Autocad drawings

These drawings are in Autocad's native .dwg format. The links are directly to the drawings on our CAD system and so are always up-to-date.

There isn't a widely available standard for viewing vector drawings on the web ( well there is, but autocad doesn't use it )
we could make .gif or .eps copies but unless this was done automatically the copies would get out of date.
If anyone knows of a way of doing this, please tell me.

There is a plug-in for Netscape which can view the drawings held here, but it only works for Win95 / WinNT systems. The plug-in is available from SoftSource and the executable is available here (select save-to-disk or hold ctrl).

Alternatively you can download the files and view them in Autocad
