CIRSI General Toolkit Package
(Chan, McMahon and Hoenig)
CIRUTIL
CIRUTIL is a general utility sub-package in
CIRDR.
High level tasks used by the general user
- CIRINFO -- make a logfile of one-night observation in which the essential
information of the observation are contained (information has to be
stored in the headers)
- CIRBADPIX -- obtain the 1st approximation badpix mask and coordinates.
- CHIP4DISP -- load 4 chip images into 4 different buffers and then using
Tile option in Ximtool Control Panel; has an option to transpose
chip-images.
- CIRDIFFDISP -- take a quick look at a field thru difference of 2 lists of
images; the "diffenent images" are loaded into a single buffer.

- CIR4DDISP -- take a quick look at a field thru difference of 2 lists of
images; the "different images" are loaded into 4 different frame buffers
based on chip numbers of the chip images or quadrant number of the
quadrant images.

- CIRMDISP -- take a quick look to examine series of images.
- CIRMEAN -- perform simple statistics of a list of pairs of numbers
(x, y).
- CIRMOS -- mosaic (dithering mosaic and adjacent frame mosaic) a set
of images.
- CIRDITHER -- mosaic a set of images providing a given dithering pattern
from the image headers.

Lower level tasks
- CFINSORT -- sort a list input raw images with sequence number.
- CMKQLIST -- make a list of lists of quadrant-images (or chip-images)
with the same quadrant (or chip) number from a list of lists of images
in a particular fold number.
- CMKLLISTRRRC -- make a list of lists of images in a particular fold number
from a list of images with same run number.

- CIRCENTER -- get an accurate center of objects in a given frame.
- CIRCENTROID -- make a file containing offset values for centroiding correction.
- CIRRENAME -- rename a list of files (using @file or %% substitution).
- CQCENT -- make lists of files containing offset values of quadrant-images
(or chip-images) w.r.t. to a list of corresponding reference quadrant-images (or chip-images).
