Research

I am interested in the evolution of stars, particularly massive stars. This has involved looking at the mass range of supernovae progenitors and, more recently, fitting stellar populations with synthetic colour-magnitude diagrams using a program of my own devising. I care deeply about the proper use of maximum likelihood methods.
