- Sunday 24 July: Registration will be open from ~5pm-7pm. All participants are warmly invited to attend a welcome reception in the foyer of the Hoyle Building, Institute of Astronomy.
- Monday 25 July: Evening reception in
Old Court, Corpus Christi College. - Tuesday 26 July: Poster viewing evening in the Hoyle Building, IoA.
- Wednesday 27 July: Conference Dinner in the Hicks Room, University Centre with pre-dinner drinks served beforehand in the Cormack Room. Dress code: Smart/casual. (No jeans!) Tie optional.
