Accommodation
We have reserved 60 ensuite rooms in Fitzwilliam College, Storey's Way for the conference. The college is approximately a 15 minute walk from the Institute of Astronomy (see map).
The college rooms are located in Wilson Court, Gatehouse Court or New Court. These predominantly single rooms are light and spacious, and benefit from full en-suite and tea and coffee making facilities. Twin rooms at Fitzwilliam are subject to availability and, if required, should be booked well in advance.

Hotels
If you wish to stay in a hotel, please book rooms directly. You can find a database of hotels from the Cambridge tourist website. Several Cambridge maps can be found here. It is advisable to book as soon as possible as the conference is during the height of the tourist season.
There are also several rooms available on-site. However, preference will be given to those on a restricted budget. Please contact us for further details.
Catering at the Institute of Astronomy
A buffet lunch will be served every day at the Institute of Astronomy. The cost of this is included in the registration fee.
