REGISTRATION

This page contains information about registration and payment procedures. Once you have read this, continue to the registration form.


Registration details

Only invited and registered participants will be permitted to attend the lectures and other conference events. The registration fee of £185 includes the cost of lunches, and other conference events, but not the conference banquet.

To register please submit the registration form and send the registration fee and the cost of any banquet tickets using one of the methods described below.

Banquet tickets may be ordered at £45 per ticket. Your registration will not be confirmed until your payment is received.

Note: The number of registered participants is limited to 180 by space constraints.


Accommodation

Accommodation in Fitzwilliam College is now full. Please see the list of hotels below

A limited number of ensuite and semi-ensuite accommodation including breakfast, is available at Fitzwilliam College. £47.50 and £40.00 per person per night respectively. The semi-ensuite rooms have private shower and washbasin (shared toilets).

To reserve accommodation in Fitzwilliam College, payment must be made in advance with the registration fee.

The total cost of registration, college accommodation and banquet tickets should be sent by any of the following methods of payment :

  1. By personal cheque in Sterling, Euro or US$ which must be made payable to University of Cambridge. Please include a printed copy of your completed registration form with your cheque and send them to:

  2. By credit or debit card, which must be Mastercard (Eurocard) or Visa. Payment will be in pounds sterling. The account number, card type, cardholder's name, expiry date and the security code (the last three digits printed on the signature strip on the reverse of the card) should be written onto a printed copy of the application form and sent to the above address. Alternatively, you may communicate your card details by fax +44 (0) 1223 339 910 (confidential fax) or by telephone +44 (0) 1223 337 521.

Whichever method of payment you use, it is essential to also submit the completed form over the web.
