Researchers interested in participating in the conference are encouraged to register. Only invited and registered participants will be permitted to attend the lectures and other conference events. The registration fee of £40 includes the cost of lunches (at Churchill College), and other conference events, but not the conference banquet.
To register please submit the registration form and send the registration fee and the cost of any banquet tickets using one of the methods described below.
The Conference Banquet dinner will be in the Old Hall, Queens' College on Monday 7 September, and banquet tickets may be ordered at £45 per ticket. Your registration will not be confirmed until your payment is received.
A limited number of ensuite and semi-ensuite accommodation (£65.00 and £55.00 per person per night respectively, and allocated on a first come first served basis) including breakfast, is available at St Edmund's College, which is only a 10-15 min walk from the IoA. The semi-ensuite rooms only have a washbasin (shared toilets).
Alternatively check out the accommodation listed at Cambridge Visitor Information Centre or Cambridge Rooms to Book if you wish to make your own arrangements. Participants are advised to book early, since Cambridge has a large influx of tourists in the summer months.

To reserve accommodation in St Edmund's College, payment must be made in advance with the registration fee.
The total cost of registration, college accommodation and banquet tickets should be sent by any of the following methods of payment :
- By personal cheque in Sterling, Euro or US$ which must be made
payable to University of Cambridge.
Please include a printed copy of your completed
registration form with your cheque and send them to:

- By credit or debit card, which must be Mastercard (Eurocard) or Visa. Payment will be in pounds sterling. The account number, card type, cardholder's name, expiry date and the security code (the last three digits printed on the signature strip on the reverse of the card) should be written onto a printed copy of the application form and sent to the above address. Alternatively, you may communicate your card details by fax +44 (0) 1223 339 910 (confidential fax) or by telephone +44 (0) 1223 337 538.
- If you are a member of the University of Cambridge please select "Cambridge funds" and an invoice will be sent to your department or, for IoA members, a charge made direct to the relevant grant or funding source.
