Dear Colleagues,

This newsletter is to give you more information concerning our activities
during the General Assembly in Beijing later this month.

1) The business meeting will be on Monday, 27 August 18:15 in the NAOC.
   This is *not* at the same location as the General Assembly. The location
can be found on the map shown on the GA information page:

The proposed agenda is:

  Composition & Organization of the Commission
    Membership
    Organizing Committee
    Website & Newsletters
  Report on Commission Activities
    Summary of Triennial Report
  General Discussion
    Extended voting within Commission

If there are any further topics for discussion or items that you would 
like to add to the agenda, please email Dafydd Evans.

2) The science sessions will be on Wednesday, 29 August 16:00-19:30 in Room
   406 of the CNCC with the rest of the General Assembly. This is different
to what was stated in the last newsletter. This will be more convenient
than the originally scheduled location.
